1. May 29 Distillation of Coal: Research and write up the procedure step by step to make the glass apparatus to distil coal into a flammable gas. You will start with a piece of glass tubing. Remember to grind the coal before attempting to put it in your glass apparatus that you have made. You will need several bends. Also a suggestion: You will want to put the coal in after you blow your bubble and before you make bends in the glass. Carefull not to make the glass bubble too thin. To pass this lab you will need to light the gas coming out of your apparatus.
