AP Chemistry-
Started Nuclear Chemistry slide show (First went over the honors slide show and then into the AP slide show- I have tried several times to load the AP slide show and it will not load. See me if you need a copy.) Performed the labs day 3 of cathodic protection, and electroplating. Assign 3.14 turned in and assign 3.15 assigned.
Honors chemistry -
Overall everyone did very well on the Gas Laws test. We had some of the students in the class present their third term projects. We learned more on the solutions unit through the power point. We learned about Colligative proterties and went over Molarity (M) = moles/liters, molalty (m) = moles/kg, and the dildution equation M1V1 = M2V2 (molarity times volume equals molarity times volume). We recieved a book assignment that is on the calendar and a worksheet colligative properties. Assign 3.12 pg 447 #2, 13, 16, 19, 20 ,25, 26. We will correct 3.11, 3.12, and worksheet next time. We performed the freezing point depression lab (ice cream). :)
